Modularity: 2M packages can be installed in a variety of sequences and combinations, yet they work together as a fully integrated system. Users need only install the module they need, but are assured of the availability of compatible add-on modules.
Flexibility: The design of RESPONSE under a Microsoft SQL Server database makes it one of the most portable software packages available today.
Ease of Modification: 2M recognizes that some users wish to customize portions of the RESPONSE product to their own specialized needs. To this end, 2M has set many of the system features up in tables that can be modified by the user at any time. Complete source code is available with any of the modules. Structured programming techniques and a large library of standard routines further facilitate customization. For those clients who do not want to do their own programming, all our dealers are qualified to modify the product to your specifications.
Standardization: RESPONSE is designed with consistent standards. The operator and keyboard usage are the same in each of the modules, so a user who has learned one module has a very short training time for any of the others. |

Report Options: Reporting capability is greatly enhanced by use of a MS SQL relational database. Any information stored in the system can be retrieved, sorted, summarized and printed to the terminal or hard copy.
